Can I visit your factory?

Absolutely! We have an extensive sample showroom featuring a diverse range of styles for you to explore and evaluate.

When was your company established?

Powell, based in Guangzhou, China, has been a professional designer, manufacturer, and wholesaler of stainless steel jewelry since 2009.

About Products

What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) requirement? Can I purchase only 1 piece of each item?

Our standard MOQ is 3 pieces per design, with no minimum order amount. Many of our customers follow the same practice. However, for your initial order, we can make a special arrangement for you to purchase 1 piece of each item. This allows you to test our product quality and experience our order process. Thank you!

Is it possible to receive 100% of the goods for the entire order placed?

Unfortunately, it depends on our daily stock availability. Our inventory changes rapidly, and we cannot guarantee that 100% of the items in your order will be in stock. Typically, we aim for 80%-90% fulfillment, although there are instances where only 60%-70% of the items may be in stock. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I request a sample?

Yes, certainly. However, please note that there is a sample fee and shipping cost associated. Once payment is made, we will promptly arrange and dispatch the sample to you.

The pendant or set includes a necklace?

If the picture displays a necklace, then it is included; otherwise, it won’t be included. However, you have the option to choose other necklaces for matching from our web store.

Do you produce jewelry products that are not available on your website store?

Yes, certainly. Please send us pictures/artwork and size details (such as length, width, diameter, etc.) for us to check and provide a quote. For custom orders, the MOQ is typically 100 to 300 pieces per item, and the delivery time is approximately 20-35 days.

Can I get a lower price for the products on your website?

Our prices are already wholesale and competitive with good quality. We can offer an additional discount based on your order amount. The higher the amount, the higher the discount. You can refer to our discount policy for more details. Thank you!

About Payments

What are your payment methods?

We accept PayPal, bank transfer, and Alibaba link payment.

Can I pay by Western Union?

I’m sorry, but we do not have a Western Union account at the moment.

Due to a high volume of payments received, our accounts were all blocked by the bank since September 2020.

Opening a PayPal account with a credit card is easy and convenient. Please consider checking that option.

Alternatively, you could ask a friend to assist with payment through PayPal.

About Shipping

When can I expect to receive my order, especially in the USA?

Typically, we require 3 working days to prepare your order after receiving your payment. Once dispatched via DHL, it takes an additional 2-3 working days for the package to reach you in the USA. To ensure a prompt delivery, please settle the payment as soon as possible.

What shipping methods do you use?

Most of our customers opt for DHL, while some may choose FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS, etc., depending on their preferences and ease of customs clearance at their location.

What does the shipping commercial invoice value mean?

The shipping commercial invoice is necessary for customs clearance at your end. Customs may require this document, and generally, higher invoice values may incur higher taxes.

Do I need to pay tax with every order?

It depends. Typically, you do not need to pay tax with every order. Taxes may be incurred only if the package is inspected by customs or if the shipping invoice value is high, subject to your country’s customs rules.

How do you pack my order before sending it out?

Each item is individually packed in a small opp bag, placed in a sealed plastic bag with a code and quantity label. This is then further protected with layers of bubble wrap before being placed in a standard export carton. For custom orders, we can accommodate packaging with your own logo.

Is shipping free?

Unfortunately, shipping is not free. We have partnered with local official DHL services to ensure safe and quick door-to-door delivery, and the associated costs are incurred.

What can you do if I receive damaged goods?

If you discover any damaged goods upon receiving your order, please send pictures of the damaged items along with the model numbers and quantities to us. Our Quality Inspection Team will review the images, and we will compensate you by providing the damaged goods in your next order or refunding you the money. Either option is acceptable for us.

Can you send me pictures of my order without watermarks?

Absolutely, we can promptly provide you with pictures of your order without any watermarks via email.

Do you have test certificates for the jewelry you sell?

Yes, we have a REACH test report (ensuring low Lead, low Cadmium, and low Nickel Release) from SGS that we can provide. It’s important to note that while we strive to ensure the majority of our 120,000 SKU items meet these REACH standards, we cannot guarantee 100%. However, since 2009, none of our customers have reported any safety concerns. Please rest assured.

Can you help pack the jewelry with my own logo packages?

No problem. The ability to pack the jewelry with your own logo depends on the complexity of the packaging. For simple packing, no extra labor fee is required. However, for more intricate packaging, a slight additional labor fee may apply. This arrangement has been successful for some of our brand customers.

Do you offer a picture-taking service for the jewelry in my order? I need to upload them to my online store.

Yes, we can provide you with a picture-taking service based on your specific requirements. We will offer a quote based on the details of your picture requirements.
